AUDIENCE CLASSIFICATIONS & WARNINGS

Performing companies provide classifications and warnings to help patrons make informed decisions regarding suitability. For your convenience, these guidelines are included in show descriptions.

While there are generic warnings such as "Coarse Language", performing companies do create their own warnings. For this reason, some warnings may be more thorough than others.

KID FRIENDLY  Specifically aimed at children 12 and under

 GENERAL  Suitable for all ages

PARENTAL GUIDANCE  Shows may include content unsuitable for some audiences

 MATURE  Recommended for adults

Number in symbol indicates venue capacity. Take note of the number - we don't want you to miss out on any great shows because you couldn't get a seat!

ACCESSIBILITY

Shows accessible for hard of hearing/Deaf, English as a second language and low vision/blind patrons are noted in applicable show descriptions provided by the performing companies. Some companies may also offer ASL or Relaxed Performances.

Accessible Shows

COURTESY SEATING

Indoor venues have a limited number of seats reserved for patrons with mobility challenges or who are low vision/blind, hard of hearing/Deaf or pregnant. To facilitate easy access, we ask these patrons to check in at the performance venue ticket table 30 minutes before showtime.

The Fringe strives to make as many of its venues as possible accessible by wheelchair. However, due to the temporary nature of many of the venues, it is difficult to have 100% wheelchair accessibility. Visit the Venue Map (coming soon!) to find out which venues are accessible for wheelchair users and those with mobility impairments.

To facilitate easy access, patrons using wheelchairs are asked to check in at the venue 30 minutes before showtime.

Indoor venues are wheelchair accessible EXCEPT for venues 14, 23, 24 & 25.

Symbol indicates venue is wheelchair accessible.
