Important information for Fringe Volunteers

Please check in at Hospo (located in the MTC lobby, 174 Market Avenue) before every shift. If you have not received training please try and arrive at Hospo 10 minutes before your scheduled start time.

T-Shirt, ID Badge and Comp Card pick-up

You will be able to pick up your T-shirt, ID badge and comp card at Hospo (MTC lobby) beginning July 15 from 10 am - 8 pm. Alternatively, you may wait until your first shift, but the sooner you pick these up may mean more choices of T-shirt size.

Missing Shifts

During the Festival, over 3,500 shifts are filled by volunteers. We do not double book these shifts! Only you are scheduled to fill your shift. If for some reason you cannot make your shift we need to fill it immediately. Please let us know ASAP of any changes that you may need to make - the more time we have the better. Please call us at 934-0308 if you need to make a change. Also, feel free to come into Hospo at any time during the festival to pick up extra shifts. We can always use the extra help!
