January 8	BYOV & Outdoor Performer applications available online.
January 28	Outdoor performer application online
February 29	Perfomer Program copy form, Tech Questionnaire and Billeting form online
March 27	Deadline: Tech questionnaires for indoor/BYOV performers
April 3	Deadline: Program copy
April 4	Deadline: Withdrawal from the festival with 50% refund. Withdrawals after this date forfeit the entire application fee.
June 1 June 8 (midnight)	Deadline to submit tax waiver applications to CCRA Deadline to submit billeting application
May 12	There will be a $50 fee for any performances cancelled after this date.
