Refund Information
If you are on the waiting list, you have a few options:
Figure out your drop dead date for mounting your performance! This is very important. As unlikely as it seems, we do have a number of groups drop out of the festival, opening the door for companies on the waiting list. So you never know if you'll get in. Now, if you do feel that the money is needed for other things, please contact us for a refund.
And here are a couple of scenarios in regards to refunds, etc.
- If you make it to the waiting list but never get into the festival, you'd receive your full refund upon written request (email is fine).
- If you are accepted into the festival, but decide to pull out before the April 4 deadline, you would receive a 50% refund.
- If you are accepted into the festival, but decide to pull out after the April 4 deadline, you would receive no refund. (This applies anytime after the deadline.)
- If you are accepted into the festival and complete your run, you receive no refund.
