Wheelchair accessibility – The Fringe strives to make as many of its venues as possible accessible by wheelchair. However, due to the temporary nature of many of the venues, it is difficult to have 100% wheelchair accessibility. Visit the Venue Map and List to find out which venues are accessible for wheelchair users and those with mobility impairments. To facilitate easy access, patrons using wheelchairs are asked to check in at the venue 30 minutes before showtime. Courtesy seating – indoor venues have a limited number of seats reserved for patrons with mobility challenges or who are low vision/blind, hard of hearing/Deaf or pregnant. To facilitate easy access, we ask these patrons to check in at the performance venue ticket table 30 minutes before showtime. Show accessibility – performances that are accessible for hard of hearing/Deaf, English as a second language and low vision/blind patrons are noted in applicable show descriptions provided by the performing companies. Some companies may also offer ASL or Relaxed Performances.
