• ALL SALES ARE FINAL
• NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
• ALL PERFORMANCES START ON TIME (The Fringe follows Bell MTS cell phone time.)
• NO LATECOMERS ADMITTED and NO RE-ADMISSION
• NO VIDEO, PHOTOGRAPHY, PHONE/TEXT/SOCIAL MEDIA USE DURING PERFORMANCES
• NO BABES IN ARMS (except at Kids Venue and kid-friendly shows)
• NO PETS (Trained service dogs only.)
   

AUDIENCE CLASSIFICATIONS & WARNINGS

Performers provide classifications and warnings to help patrons make decisions regarding suitability. These guidelines are included in show descriptions.

While there are generic warnings such as "Coarse Language", performing companies sometimes create their own warnings, which may be more detailed than others.

KID FRIENDLY  Specifically aimed at children 12 and under

GENERAL  Suitable for all ages

PARENTAL GUIDANCE  Shows may include content unsuitable for some audiences

MATURE  Recommended for adults
 

SEATING CAPACITY & ACCESSIBILITY

 

Number in symbol indicates venue capacity. Take note of the number –​ we don't want you to miss out on any great shows because you couldn't get a seat!

The  icon indicates a wheelchair accessible venue. To facilitate easy access, wheelchair patrons are asked to check in at the ticket table 30 minutes before showtime.

Indoor venues are wheelchair accessible EXCEPT for venues 5, 14, 23, 25 & 30.
